Graded readers · French & Italian
Short novels written for learners, level by level, from complete beginner (A1) to upper-intermediate (B2). Each book is a step up: a little above where you are, and you can still follow the story.

Every book is written to the vocabulary, sentence length and grammar of one CEFR level. Start where you are and climb.
Your first novel. Present tense, everyday words, short chapters.
Past tenses arrive. Longer scenes, more dialogue, a real plot.
Mysteries and twists. You read for the story, not the words.
Rich, natural language. The step before reading anything.

Inside every book
Every chapter is checked against the word list, sentence length and grammar of its level.
Hard words are explained where they appear, with a glossary and a short summary for each chapter.
Comprehension questions after each chapter, with the answers at the back.
Characters, places and plots that make you want the next chapter, not textbook dialogues.
Our stories are drafted with AI under our direction, then checked for level and reviewed by further AI passes. The author names are house pen names, and we say so.
We'll email you free exercises and new books. Unsubscribe anytime.
